Hi! I’m Caroline

I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, certified Life Skills Coach, and Enneagram specialist.

In my journey as a therapist, I’ve learned that difficult moments can help us mature and educate us to a new reality.

I’ve been helping people find emotional and psychological  balance, and manage life transitions for close to a decade.

I’ve worked with people who’ve experienced violence, abuse, loss, grief, divorce, oppression, and immigration challenges. I’ve helped them create a meaningful life despite their challenges.

I am currently a professor in the Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness post-graduation program at PUCPR, as well as a co-founder of the Wholehearted Women’s Circle and the International Happiness Summit.

I specialize in depression, anxiety, women’s issues, relationship issues, grief and loss, life transition and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

My therapy is based on a bio-psycho-social, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach.

I apply techniques based on leading psychological theories, including somatic approaches, and the Enneagram methodology.

I believe that there is always a way, no matter how difficult the challenges may seem.
